You’re Almost Done – You Just Need to Confirm It’s You!
You’ve just been sent an email that contains a confirmation link. In order to receive the walk through of the eviction process in Alberta you just need to click that link and within minutes you should have the information that will help explain the steps required to evict a tenant.
We have you complete this step because it prevents someone from just randomly using your email and sending you unwanted email, which no one wants!
If for some reason you don’t receive the email, take a quick look in your junk folder and if you don’t see it, simply fill out the form again and hopefully it works the second time.
Thanks,
Bill
looking for a template for 14 day notice for late rent in alberta…
Hi Trent,
I include a 14 day and a 24 hour eviction notice template plus examples of how to use it and fill it out in my paid guide (Alberta Eviction Guide), but you may want to read this article first, When Not To Use a 14 Day Eviction Notice as you may not even want to give them the notice and rather just file immediately to get them out. This of course depends on whether you expect them to pay and want to use the notice as a warning or whether you just want them gone.
Regards,
Bill
