When You Need Expert Eviction Advice in 2025

Helping you understand your options

Frustrated, Angry and Powerless.

expert eviction advice

Any of these feeling familiar to you right now? The other big one is confused and that’s how I felt the first time I evicted a tenant and boy did I wish I had some eviction advice then.

Truthfully, I felt like that the second and third time too. There is just so much to know about the process and each time felt different.

Maybe it’s just me, but it became a bit personal when it felt a tenant had more rights than I do, or when a landlord simply abuses their rights.

All I wanted was some answers, some direction and perhaps a hope of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. That’s where I come in, I can provide answers, guidance and direction to your next steps without having to wade through hours of confusing and conflicting pieces of advice on the assorted forums and groups out there. If you’re looking for expert advice you’ve found the right place.

Expert Eviction advice  – Experience, Knowledge and Guidance

I’ve learned my experience the hard way. I’ve evicted far too many tenants for my liking and I had to learn the majority of the rules on my own, through trial and error and through direct consultations with eviction companies..

  • I’ve been frustrated beyond belief by some of the rules that are in place.
  • I’ve been angry that some tenant is sitting in my property not paying me and not even expecting to pay me.
  • And I’ve felt powerless as I had to wait for eviction dates to pass, for hearing dates to come up and as tenants have come up with flimsy excuses to push hearings back.

That’s why I originally created my Eviction Guide to help landlords evict tenants using the RTDRS. To help other landlords caught in the same cycle I was in. It allowed them to bypass much of the confusion out there and to provide some clear easy to follow directions to get bad tenants out and to regain control of their property as quickly as possible.

Since that time I’ve helped hundreds of landlords via emails, by replying to comments left on the site and by answering questions from people who’ve bought my guide. But sometimes that’s not enough, or sometimes it’s not quick enough.
