Welcome to the internet, a web of deceit fraud and hucksters all clambering to take advantage of you, to deceive you and often to take your money.

Fortunately it is also a place where you can find a wealth of helpful information as well and that has always been our goal for AlbertaEviction.com. Providing helpful information which is mostly free, along with additional information and/or services such as our consulting that is paid.

I hear time after time that people were hesitant about whether I could help and whether the guide or my consulting would be beneficial. Yet a few weeks down the road or sometimes a month or two later,  these same folks would get back to me about how glad they were that they bought my guides or booked a consultation.

My guides and my consulting just take the pressure off, because you have answers, not more questions.

I break down the processes to make it simple and I walk you through the basic steps you need to know to help make a painful situation easier to understand and hopefully less painful.

If you don’t know who to trust, or where to turn for information, it can be an extremely frustrating time, which is why I’m so grateful to get the following pieces of feedback from those who trusted me to help.

If you’re stuck and don’t know where to turn, consider either my consulting or my guide, as Dustin says below, it was worth every penny

Although we are now on our sixth set of tenants in almost six years, we have never had to evict anyone…yet. Our first tenants were the worst, and I believe I discovered Bill Biko’s site back then in 2011, as we were thinking that we had to potentially resort to legal measures to get the bum outta our house!! Thank goodness, the guy left on his own, but not after a lot of damage, garbage, mad neighbours and unpaid rent. We learned the hard way that first impressions can be very inaccurate, and even a police officer can be an undesirable tenant! With the resources provided by Alberta Eviction, anyone faced with the dreaded prospect of getting someone out of your rental, will be able to proceed with confidence. Hopefully, we will never have to use it, but it is great to know that it is there.

Thanks, Bill!! – Kelly S.

Hi Bill,
You made the last eviction we just had less painful , thank you so much your advice armed us with things we needed to know to be professional and effectively get rid of bad tenants – Irene K.

It’s been about 8 years since I have taken the dive into the rental property pool and became a landlord. At the time I remember looking online for information and helpful tips to ensure I was being as safe and cautious as possible.
I found myself some tenants for a home that I owned and rented out and things started to go south pretty quick. Needless to say I was looking left, right and centre for help!
It wasn’t too long after I was having troubles and looking for answers, that I somehow stumbled upon Bills website. As I’m from Edmonton, and Bill from Calgary I was already sceptical on how he would be able to help. But after having a few email conversations with him, I realized he was the real deal. Shortly after, I purchased a package from his site that had endless information in it. It seemed like it was quite a bit of money at the time, as it was around $80-$100 at the time, but it was worth every penny. There were tips, forms, examples, and just a ton of useful information included in this package. I still resort back to it on a constant basis.
Even after buying the package, I had the odd question here and there, and still question Bill about certain things. To my surprise, he’s still quickly responsive and extremely helpful.
There have been times where I’ve contemplated getting out of the landlord business, because of the hassles it brings, but Bill, and his endless amount of knowledge and experience promptly steers me in the right direction and gets me back on track.
I can’t say “thank you” enough to Bill. And I recommend him to anyone thinking about getting into or anyone already involved in the rental property market.

Thank you,  – Dustin S.

I went with a constable to serve the 24 hr eviction and they were actually out the next day. They trashed the house and left all if their crap but they are gone and we finally after two days of INTENSE cleaning getting the house back to the way it was. So I just wanted to thank you for your help in the matter, your service is an absolute Godsend in the chaos of a landlord tenant issue. – Kari E.

Bill I also wanted to say I am not used to getting the level of service & response you provide even from the services I actually pay for every month. The Property Manager for my other property as an example. Your responses have always been very thorough & filled with valuable information. Your emails & website with training and helpful tips will save us all a lot of time, $$$$ and many headaches over the years.  You are an invaluable resource. 🙂 – Dave C.

Bill is extremely helpful, especially for a newbee like me. I bought the package and filed the application, and he even replied to some additional questions that popped up to give me precious advice. Absolutely worth the money! – M.Z.

Hey Bill, Thanks for the help you gave us regarding the eviction process as it worked well in evicting a highly volatile tenant who
was a time-bomb about to explode. Your guide to the eviction process gave us peace of mind that we were on the right track. The timeframe to evict this person was crucial due to the fast deteriorating state that this person’s life was descending into.
Thx. again! – Ted W.

Your guide is absolutely helpful and your e-mails are bonus, make me so confident to the RTDRS. Even the hearing was not really happened, I have learned a lot from your guide. – F.L

Just a follow up as per your email. Your book was a very effective tool and easy to use. As I’m sure my situation is not unique, my tenant paid the two months back rent as I was on my way over to serve him with the papers. Sometimes I think they need to know your serious.
I’ve been a landlord for over ten years and am lucky that this was my first ever experience in this capacity. I’m sure it won’t be my last. Thank you again for the book and follow up emails. – David H.

“Thank you so much for your help Bill. You were a Godsend through my awful ordeal in evicting professional immoral tenants.
God Bless!” – Edm Landlord

I purchased your guide for evicting tenants as it had finally reached
a tipping point with my renters. Thank you for simplifying the
information and laying out the entire process step by step. It has
definitely helped take some of the stress out of an already stressful
situation. – John

Although I have not yet gone to RDTRS or court, Bill’s book “THE ALBERTA EVICTION PROCESS” provided a concise explanation to the process.
I strongly recommend Bill’s publications to any landlord in the unfortunate situation of an eviction. – Donna F.

I am a frustrated landlord. We are experiencing a difficult renter. Bill Biko has been a great resource for information on our options. I purchased his eviction strategies for the RTDRS which has helped us understand the process.

And, if you want to see more feedback, I have more feedback from clients below:

Our consultation with Bill was golden! Best 50 bucks we ever spent. Tenant eviction and the RTDRS hearing process is quite overwhelming and we found ourselves quite unprepared for this experience. Talking with Bill for 30 minutes gave us the most valuable information we could have hoped for and provided the boost we needed to move forward. We will definitely be booking a consultation with Bill to discuss tenant screening! – Wendy H.

We are new landlords. When we first considered eviction, we began to look on-line for information, and we found some. We wanted to do it fairly and legally. We had also used the resources available through government agencies. Still, we decided to invest the $20 for Bill’s package. We found the added information provided by Bill invaluable. Sure, you may be able to get stuff on-line, but won’t get the advice and experience Bill provides. His package is very thorough, and I would recommend it to even the experienced landlord.  J. Semeniuk, Edmonton

“Our only regret about calling Bill at Eviction Consulting is that we didn’t call him BEFORE we started to look into having renters in our home. His advice and guidance would have saved us from the extreme headache our “bad tenants” caused us. I would recommend to anyone who is looking at becoming landlords to use the resources Bill has available. You won’t regret it.

Navigating through an eviction, especially when the scenario is from your home as it was in our case, can cause emotions to run high. Bill was able to provide sound reason and judgement which kept us from over-reacting to the situation at hand and getting ourselves in even deeper trouble. He knows the system impeccably and is able to provide great advice for step-by-step. He made himself available to as as quickly as possible which was so greatly appreciated considering the moment-to-moment nature of tenants gone bad. Bill went over and above his commitment through the initial consultation and we feel that it was money very well spent. Call Bill. You can’t afford not to. – Anna G.

After several days of struggling to come up with a way to deal with a problematic rooming tenant, one phone call with Bill eliminated all the confusion and got me on the right track. He is the go to guy to get the right information so you can quickly be on the right track for tenant related situation. I highly recommend him.” Al K.
