I’ve learned about the eviction experience the hard way. Over the years I’ve evicted far too many tenants for my liking and I had to learn the majority of the rules on my own or through trial and error.
- I’ve been frustrated beyond belief by some of the rules in place (until I learned how to make them work for me!).
- I’ve been angry that some tenant is sitting in my property not paying me and not even expecting to pay me.
- And I’ve felt powerless as I had to wait for eviction dates to pass, for hearing dates to come up and as tenants have come up with flimsy excuses to push hearings back (which is why understanding the actual rules becomes important).
That’s why I originally created my Eviction Guide to help landlords evict tenants using the RTDRS. To help other landlords caught in the same challenges I had.
