As I’ve helped landlords through the eviction process and through some of my coaching I’ve noticed that many of the problems, the challenges and the financial losses that landlords run into could easily have been avoided with a little more knowledge beforehand.
Whether it’s understanding how to properly screen tenants to avoid the challenge of getting stuck with problem tenants to simply choosing the wrong type of lease knowing beforehand what to do can make a massive difference for your landlord business.
That’s where the decision to create these courses came from. I’ve sold hundreds and hundreds of my eviction guides and consulted with hundreds of additional landlords and if they only knew some of the basics I will be teaching in these programs, they could have avoided many of the frustrations they’ve shared with me and a majority of the financial losses they also were hit with.
I’ll be starting out slow with introductory courses that will benefit new landlords and those who haven’t found the time yet to know some of the nuances onto more advanced courses as interest grows.
My current “flagship” course will be my Screening Course as my personal belief is a successful landlord business depends on having great tenants. This doesn’t strike home with new landlords until they find out the hard way, so this course gives them all the tools and all the knowledge they need to not only pick the best possible tenants, but more importantly how to weed out the bad/ professional tenants who are every landlords worst nightmare.
